- JUDW is still waiting for the instructions from the Railway Board on the implementation of CAT & Pb & H HC judgement in case of Pre-1996 Pensioners (Mistries);. They asked for more time from the P&H HC in the Contempt Case on 30-5-2012 in in WP 9581/2010.
HC directed CPO NR - who was personally present in the Court, to expedite the implementation of the Courts judgement. However, time was given and the next hearing has been fixed in Sept, 2012.
